Service Description
Bring the breath and sensory experience to your own gathering. Private Group Experiences combine Introspective Breathwork®, music, therapeutic touch, aromatherapy, and ASMR-inspired sensory elements to create an experience shaped around your group. Perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, retreats, celebrations, friend or family gatherings, and other intentional events, each experience can be tailored to the energy and needs of the people in the room. You might want something deeply restorative and pampering, something that creates space for connection and emotion, or a little bit of both. There’s no one way the experience has to look or feel. I’ll work with you to create an experience that feels special to your gathering, with all breath and sensory elements offered through a trauma-informed, consent-based approach. Private experiences are available for small groups in the Tampa Bay area. Reach out to tell me a little about your event, group size, and what you have in mind.
Cancellation Policy
Group workshops are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, the amount paid may be credited toward a future workshop. Missed workshops or no-shows without notice are not eligible for a credit or refund. Workshops begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the workshop. By registering, you agree to honor the time, preparation, and space required to facilitate this work. To support a safe and grounded group experience, participants agree to arrive sober, present, and able to participate responsibly. These policies are in place to support mutual respect, clarity, and care for both the facilitator and participants.
