Service Description
These sessions are designed for ongoing support after your initial private Breathwork or Breath & Sensory session. We’ll continue building on the work we’ve already begun through breath, reflection, embodied awareness, and sensory support based on what you need that day. Each session can stand on its own while creating space for deeper self-awareness, regulation, and connection over time. Available in person or online. In-person sessions are held at R3 Miracles in Palm Harbor, FL. If you choose an in-person session, please email me a few preferred dates and times so I can confirm studio availability. If those times aren’t available, I’ll offer alternative options. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Cancellation Policy
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Private in-person sessions are non-refundable. Because studio space is reserved specifically for your session, cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $85 studio fee that must be settled before your next appointment. Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session length. By booking, you agree to honor the time, preparation, and space required to facilitate this work. To support a safe and grounded experience, clients agree to arrive sober, present, and able to participate responsibly. These policies are in place to support mutual respect, clarity, and care for both facilitator and client.
