Service Description
These sessions are designed for ongoing work after your initial experience. We continue supporting nervous system regulation through breathwork, reflection, and embodied awareness. Each session stands on its own while building toward greater stability, clarity, and connection. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund. In lieu of a refund, sessions may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. For in-person sessions, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a 25% fee to cover studio rental costs. Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session length. This session is a professional service. By booking, you agree to honor the time, preparation, and energetic presence required to hold this work. To support a safe and grounded experience, you agree to arrive sober, present, and regulated enough to participate responsibly in the session. These policies are in place to support mutual respect, clarity, and care for both facilitator and client.
