Service Description

Private Breath & Sensory Immersion This offering combines gentle breathwork with immersive sensory elements designed to support relaxation, presence, and nervous system regulation. While my private breathwork sessions often focus on self-exploration, emotional processing, and insight, Breath & Sensory Immersions are intended to be a softer, more restorative experience. Rather than being guided primarily by a curated music playlist, you'll be supported through the breath using a variety of sensory elements that may include therapeutic touch, sound, texture, temperature, visual stimulation, and other ASMR-inspired experiences tailored to your comfort level. The same attunement, presence, and individualized support found in my private breathwork sessions remain at the heart of this offering. The difference is in how the experience is held. These sessions are ideal for highly sensitive individuals, those seeking deep relaxation, anyone feeling overstimulated or overwhelmed, and those who simply want space to slow down, receive care, and reconnect with themselves through sensation. Available in person and online, with in-person sessions offering the fullest range of sensory experiences.

Cancellation Policy

Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Private in-person sessions are non-refundable. Because studio space is reserved specifically for your session, cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $85 studio fee that must be settled before your next appointment. Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session length. By booking, you agree to honor the time, preparation, and space required to facilitate this work. To support a safe and grounded experience, clients agree to arrive sober, present, and able to participate responsibly. These policies are in place to support mutual respect, clarity, and care for both facilitator and client.
