In-Person Breathwork Workshops
Introspective Breathwork® workshops for self-discovery, emotional processing, and deeper connection

Service Description
These monthly workshops are an invitation to step away from the noise, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. Each gathering centers around a different theme and is intentionally structured to take you through an experience of reflection, exploration, and breath. We’ll begin by arriving together and exploring the month’s theme through guided reflection, conversation, journaling, somatic practices, or other experiential activities before moving into a full Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT) session. We’ll close with space to integrate, share, and simply be with whatever surfaced. Each month gives us something different to sit with, whether that’s trust, uncertainty, self-worth, letting go, or the ways we’ve learned to move through the world. Rather than just talking about it, we explore it through reflection, conversation, the body, and the breath, making space for perspectives and parts of ourselves that can be harder to access through thinking alone. Workshops are held on the last Sunday of each month from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at R3 Miracles in Palm Harbor, FL. Each workshop stands on its own, so you can come when a theme speaks to you or return month after month for continued exploration. No prior breathwork experience is needed. Yoga mats are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own. You’re encouraged to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported, such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle, or journal. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking and an additional email with everything you need to know the day before the workshop. If you don’t see either, please check your spam or promotions folder.
