Service Description
These sessions are designed for ongoing work after your initial experience. We continue supporting nervous system regulation through breathwork, reflection, and embodied awareness. Each session stands on its own while building toward greater stability, clarity, and connection. Available in person or online. In-person sessions can be held at R3 Miracles, in Palm Harbor, Fl. If you choose an in-person session, please email me a couple of preferred dates and times so I can confirm studio space availability. If the preferred dates and times are not available, alternative options will be offered. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Cancellation Policy
Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Private in-person sessions are non-refundable. Because studio space is reserved specifically for your session, cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $85 studio fee that must be settled before your next appointment. Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session length. By booking, you agree to honor the time, preparation, and space required to facilitate this work. To support a safe and grounded experience, clients agree to arrive sober, present, and able to participate responsibly. These policies are in place to support mutual respect, clarity, and care for both facilitator and client.
