Individual breathwork sessions tailored to your body and pace. Available online or in-person.
Service Description
These private sessions offer individualized, nervous system–centered breathwork support in a confidential and attuned setting. Each session is guided by what your body is ready for, with care taken to move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking, and a day-before instructions email. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder just in case. Sessions include Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT) and may also incorporate grounding practices, gentle coaching, and time for integration. This is not about fixing yourself or pushing through discomfort, it’s about creating the conditions for your body to soften, release, and reconnect in its own way. Available in person or online. In-person sessions can be held at Cryo Body ReVive. If you choose this option, please coordinate your preferred date and time with me before scheduling so I can confirm space availability. Cancellation Policy
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund. In lieu of a refund, sessions may be rescheduled if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. For in-person sessions, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a 25% fee to cover studio rental costs. Missed sessions or no-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session length. This session is a professional service. By booking, you agree to honor the time, preparation, and energetic presence required to hold this work. To support a safe and grounded experience, you agree to arrive sober, present, and regulated enough to participate responsibly in the session. These policies are in place to support mutual respect, clarity, and care for both facilitator and client.
